The whole idea that coachella is filled with influencers ruining the vibe is just a dumb rhetoric spewed by attendees of other fests trying to tear it down, and it's sad to see the argument used so often by w2 goers towards w1 also. As much as I love Frank, given the choice I would've picked Blink/PHM over that performance in a heart beat. The added bonus was we got 2 incredible sets vs a mediocre one from Frank. I remember hearing several audio issues when I went last year weekend 1, and not any weekend 2. That being said, I will never go back to weekend 1. I've always gone weekend 1, this was my first year going weekend 2. Yeah, we did go mainly for Frank, but still soo many other amazing acts that we wanted to and ultimately did see.
